Dexcom readings are super off

This has now happened almost everyday. Two different sensors. Switched arms. I notice it usually happens when I’m sleeping. But my dexcom 7 will read that I’m 40 and dropping and then all of a sudden will give me this “brief sensor issue” message. I know when I’m low (most of the time) and so when I get these notifications and still feel normal i get confused. So I manually check and usually I’m at 110 or something in that range.

I have the T:slim and my insulin output automatically changes based on my readings and with it being so off now I’m worried I’ve been higher most of the day without knowing and I’m not getting the right amount of insulin???

Has anyone gone through this or overall had any issues with dexcom during pregnancy? I’m trying to figure out if it’s something with pregnancy somehow??? Or if I should be calling dexcom to get new sensors.
